POLICIES & SERVICE FEES

HOURS OF OPERATION

Our office hours are 7 am - 3 pm, Monday - Friday.  Saturday deliveries are possible based on availability and upon approval by management.  Sunday events require a $150 surcharge.

HOLIDAYS

3C Catering observes the following holidays:  New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve.  Any catering orders scheduled for these holidays need prior approval by management and require a $200 surcharge.

MINIMUM ORDER TIMEFRAME

3C Catering loves to say "Yes!"  We'll do our best to accomodate last minute orders; however, we always appreciate plenty of notice to make sure your event is as successful as possible.  Therefore, we appreciate a minimum 36-hour notice for your event or any changes to your event.

Fees are subject to change.

DEPOSITS/CONTRACTS

Any catering order over $500 requires a contract and a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your event date in our calendar.

ON SITE VISITS

We've found that most special events go more smoothly if we can meet with you on site prior to the event.  We recommend this visit and are more than happy to provide this for you at no additional charge.   Additional on site visits will result in a $25 per visit charge.  If you have menu changes or guest count changes, please feel free to call in your changes at least 24 hours in advance to the office at 701.663.1300.
